To change the position of windows task bar e.g. if you want to change the position of your taskbar from bottom to the top of your monitor screen just follow the following steps:
1. Right-click on the windows task bar
2. If there is tick-mark before the option "Lock the taskbar", then click on this option, if tick-mark is not there don't do so.
3. Drag the taskbar to the top of your screen or anywhere you like it.
4. This will also help the people who changed the position of their taskbar and want to set it default.
